It's again Monday! : ) Time for Luntiang Lunes. And for today's entry is another one of my mother's simple recipes: Tokwa Sarciado.
Ingredients:
2 tokwa blocks, sliced into cubes
2 white onions, chopped
4 tablespoons canola oil
4 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1/4 cup water
1 stalk onion leeks cut crosswise
Cooking Procedure:
Ingredients:

Cooking Procedure:
- Fry tokwa in 3 tablespoon canola oil and set aside.
- Sauté the garlic, onion and tomatoes.
- Add fish sauce and water.
- Add fried tokwa and onion leeks.
- Let simmer until sauce is thick.
