My first taste of Crema De Fruta is from Goldilocks. I could never forget this dessert then because of the delicious custard or cream used. Now a days, the custard in Goldilocks' Crema de Fruta has changed. So instead of buying, I decided to prepare it myself. Below is how my homemade Crema de Fruta turned out. : )
Ingredients:
Preparation:
5. Put the fruit cocktail syrup in a measuring cup then add water to make 2 cups.Transfer in a small pan and add 12 grams of gelatine. Heat mixture on the stove while constantly stirring until it comes to a near boil. Remove for heat. Let it cool and pour on top of the assembled cake.
6. Put in refrigerator.
7. Serve in slices.
Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteHow big was your sponge cake? As mine is 450g and will need to use 2 of those to fit a 32x26x4cm pan size. How large was your pan? Thanks for the recipe. I cant wait to try it.
