Cheese Cake- No Bake

I prepared Mr. A's Cheese Cake- No Bake Birthday Cake, a day before his special day. My youngest son even secretly whispered in my ear to make cake for his father's birthday...how sweet! : )

During his childhood Mr. A told his two sons that he never blew candles because he never got a cake on his birthday. Now, he get to have his cake and blow a candle, too.

I learned to make this easy Cheese Cake- No Bake in the Middle East. A medical technologist gave her recipe and taught me how to prepare it.
