Pritong Saging at Maruya (Fried Banana and Banana Fritters)

I would like to share my sons' fave midmorning snack: Fried Bananas. Unlike the banana cue variation which is fried with brown sugar, my children just love their fried bananas plain. I tried also banana fritters where the bananas are dipped in a lightly sweetened batter and fried. The result: they still preferred and picked the no frills, simple fried bananas. : ) For this entry but, I'm posting Pritong Saging at Maruya (Fried Banana and Banana Fritters).
