Sinigang na Malaga (Samaral Fish In Sour Soup)

We're having Sinigang na  Malaga for dinner.Yeh! This is my favorite and I think the only best way to cook malaga. I also prefer it cooked natural without the ready sinigang mix. Try at your home, my mother's all natural recipe of Sinigang na Malaga (Samaral Fish in Sour Soup). 
Ingredients:
  • 6 malaga medium size
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 tomatoes sliced
  • 1 thumb size ginger sliced
  • 6-7 pieces kamias, halved
  • bunch of camote tops
  • 3 cups water
  • salt

Cooking Procedure:
-Put onion, tomatoes, ginger, kamias, salt and water in a casserole.
-Bring to boil for 2 minutes.
-Add malaga fish and continue boiling until cooked.
-Add camote tops just boil for a few seconds.
-Serve hot.
