Luntiang Lunes: French Fries

Farmers harvested their potato crops all at the same time last week.This explains the abundance of large potatoes displayed in the market. I think it appropriate too that for today's Luntiang Lunes entry: French Fries.
 Ingredients:
  • 5 large potatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp paprika 
  • McCormick Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp canola oil 
  • water

Procedure:
  1. Wash potatoes, and slice.
  2. Boil water, add some salt and drop potatoes.
  3. Let it boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Drain and put potatoes in a baking pan.
  5. Drizzle with canola oil.
  6. Season with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Toss.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Toss potatoes and bake for another 10 minutes.
  9. Serve warm with tomato catsup.
