Farmers harvested their potato crops all at the same time last week.This explains the abundance of large potatoes displayed in the market. I think it appropriate too that for today's Luntiang Lunes entry: French Fries.

- 5 large potatoes
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp paprika
- McCormick Italian Seasoning
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- water
Procedure:
- Wash potatoes, and slice.
- Boil water, add some salt and drop potatoes.
- Let it boil for 5 minutes.
- Drain and put potatoes in a baking pan.
- Drizzle with canola oil.
- Season with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Toss.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Toss potatoes and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Serve warm with tomato catsup.
