Homemade Vegetable Pizza With Bits of Chicken Ham

On the afternoon of December 31, 2011 my youngest son requested for pizza. Out of the blue he just blurted out what he wanted for dinner. Like orders in fast food restaurant, here's the Homemade Vegetable Pizza With Bits of Chicken Ham rushed for my two sons' dinner that night.

Ingredients:

  • 7 slices of sandwich bread
  • Tomato sauce
  • Dried basil leaves
  • Small onion sliced
  • 1 medium size  green bell pepper
  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • button mushroom sliced
  • Bits of chicken ham
  • Grated cheddar cheese
  • Parmesan cheese

Procedure:

In a pan cook the fresh and sliced button mushroom with its juice.
Set Aside.
In another pan saute onion followed by the green bell pepper until its aroma comes out or just until the bell pepper change a little bit lighter in green color.
Set Aside.
I prefer to saute the onion and bell pepper to eliminate their  after taste. : )

Fit in the 7 slices of sandwich bread in the pizza pan.
Make sure to cover the bottom surface of the pan.
This will serve as the crust.

Pour some tomato sauce on the sandwich bread and spread it with the use of fork.

Add some dried basil leaves or if you have oregano leaves, much better.

Put the onion and bell pepper, spread evenly.

Add the slices of button mushroom.

Follow adding slices of tomatoes and bits of chicken ham.
The chicken ham is optional.

Top pizza with grated cheddar cheese.

Finally, add some parmesan cheese.
Microwave pizza for 5 minutes.

Instant Homemade Vegetable Pizza With Bits of Chicken Ham perfect for my two sons' dinner.
Five of us actually finished it and made another one the following morning for breakfast.
Try it too at home.
Enjoy!
