Homemade Radish Kimchi

One of the things I thank Koreans for is Kimchi. I love the crunchy bite, ginger, hot, salty and spicy taste of it. Kimchi is considered even as one of the World's Healthiest Foods. Very easy to prepare too at home. Here's the Kimchi my sister Grace and I prepared last weekend using radish. Her close friends requested Kimchi as their gift for Christmas . =) Below are two containers with different Kimchi. I'll be posting soon the wombok Kimchi recipe.
