I have seen my mother cook Pansit Guisado since childhood. She often prepared it on our birthdays and partnered with native chicken tinola. Whenever she cooked pansit guisado, I saw her having a hard time in mixing the noodles. So I thought it a recipe difficult to cook.
During college, I usually slept overnight a friend's house for group study. I chanced to witness how she prepared pansit guisado. Her way of cooking was much easier compared to my mother's. No sweat! =)
I have adopted my friend's way of cooking ever since and learned to love cooking and eating pansit guisado as well.
